Yes. You get a shipping email with tracking when it leaves.

We replace it or refund it. Email us with your order number and a photo. Opened coffee cannot come back for food safety reasons, but that is not what this is about.

Email as soon as you can and we will try. The window is short by design: once a bag has been roasted for your order there is no putting it back.

The subscription. Ten percent off every delivery, $22.49 a bag instead of $24.99, and the dollar still goes to the fund.

Every 2, 4, or 6 weeks. Four weeks is the default. Change it before any delivery.

One fund for Mid-Michigan. A dollar from every bag, two from every merch item. It comes out of our margin, it is not added to your price.

No. We are pre-launch, the fund is at zero, and we are choosing the first local partner now. We would rather say that than imply otherwise.

No contract, no annual commitment, no shelf fee, and no volume ladder. One price at 45 bags and at 500, because our cost does not fall as an order grows and we are not going to charge a small church more to fund a big cafe.

It is printed and shipped by our print partner, separately from the coffee, so an order with both in it arrives in two boxes. Merch shipping is free, it is already inside the price.
