Do you do volume discounts?
No, and it is deliberate. One price at 45 bags and at 500. Our cost per bag does not fall as an order grows, so a volume ladder would just mean charging our smallest customers more to pay for our largest ones. You get the number the church down the road gets.
How do we pay?
Card up front on every order. We are a young roaster and we are not set up for invoicing or Net 30 yet. You approve the quote, we take payment, then we roast. If terms are a hard requirement for your accounts payable, say so in the notes and David will talk it through with you.
How long until it arrives?
5 to 7 business days from the day you place the order. We roast to order, it leaves inside 48 hours, and the rest is transit. If you have a deadline, put it in the notes and we will tell you straight away whether we can hit it.
What if an order arrives wrong or damaged?
We replace it. Send David a photo and the order number and the correct coffee goes out on the next roast, at no cost to you. No forms, no return shipping.
Can we get it ground for espresso?
Yes. Tell us your setup and we grind to it. Most bars take whole bean and dial it in themselves.
How fresh is it when it lands?
Roasted after you order and out inside 48 hours. It reaches you days off the roaster, not months off a shelf.
What if a roast changes?
Same farms, same profile, same grind spec. If a lot changes in a way you would taste, we tell you before it ships.
Can we put your name on our menu?
Yes, and we will send you the logo files and the story behind the give-back.
Do you rotate single origins?
The Sower rotates. The other six hold steady all year so your bar does not have to re-dial.
