Why this one exists.
Brew it black if you can. That is where the chocolate and the toast sit. Cream will soften it, but this bag was not made to hide. For people who want a dark roast that tastes like fire did something to it, and left it standing.
Daniel went into the fire and came out. We named it Burnt Offering for that. Not because we like the heat. Because some things only get named after they have been through it.
That is why the bag exists. For the season that burned and did not take you with it.
